Returns & Refunds

Core & Comfort wants every order to arrive correctly and in good condition. This policy explains how returns, refunds and order issues are handled.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights customers may have under applicable consumer laws.

Change of mind returns

Change of mind returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unused, unopened and in original packaging
  • Returned with all accessories, cables, manuals and inserts
  • In resellable condition

For hygiene and safety, used food-contact items such as lunchbox containers, lids, mugs or food storage products cannot be returned for change of mind unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Change of mind return costs

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility for change of mind returns.

Original shipping costs, if any, are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or not as described, please contact Core & Comfort so the issue can be reviewed and resolved.

Depending on the situation, a suitable solution may include a replacement, replacement part, partial refund or full refund.

How to request a return or refund

Email coreandcomfort.au@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos or video, especially for damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Core & Comfort aims to respond within 1–2 business days.

Refund timing

Once approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 3–7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take longer to show the funds.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before processing or dispatch if you contact Core & Comfort quickly.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.


Shipping Policy

Where Core & Comfort ships

Core & Comfort currently ships to Australia and the United States.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery time

Core & Comfort offers free tracked standard shipping on all orders.

Estimated delivery after dispatch:

  • Australia: 6–12 business days
  • United States: 6–13 business days

Most orders arrive sooner, however delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, location, customs processing, local delivery conditions and peak periods.

Tracking

Tracking is provided once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update, as carrier scans can sometimes take time to appear.

Orders can be tracked through the Track Your Order page or through the 17TRACK website using the tracking number provided.

Address changes

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

If the wrong address was entered, email coreandcomfort.au@gmail.com as soon as possible. If the order has already been processed or shipped, the address may no longer be able to be changed.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your parcel appears delayed or lost, email coreandcomfort.au@gmail.com with your order number and Core & Comfort will help investigate with the carrier or fulfilment partner.


Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Core & Comfort collects, uses and protects personal information when customers visit the website or place an order.

Information collected

When browsing the website, some device and usage information may be collected, such as browser type, IP address, time zone, pages viewed and cookie data.

When placing an order, information required to process and deliver the order is collected, including:

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and approved payment providers. Core & Comfort does not store full card details.

Prices may be displayed in the customer’s local market currency where available. Final pricing, shipping and order totals are shown at checkout before payment.

Orders

Core & Comfort reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order where fraud, misuse, incorrect information, payment issues or fulfilment issues are suspected.

If an order is cancelled by Core & Comfort, the customer will be refunded.
